Today was pretty slow, I just didn't have the drive to really pump put much work. I finished a couple of events though one being a good Samaritan mini-quest and another being a special item side quest. Not much else got done other then some level mapping, and character design.
I'm hoping tomorrow brings about a little more energy so something can get done. I have some nice ideas I'm planning on putting into the game, a couple of major quest and a few side quest that I really think will be enjoyable to the players, I'm really trying stay away from repetition.
I'm basically going off what I find fun, and taking some ideas from games I really enjoyed playing to make my game unique. I really think this RPG may get me a little bit of notice around the net, or at least I hope it does but honestly I'm not doing it for the fame, I'm really doing it because I enjoy it and its a dream I've always had since first putting my hands on the NES controller.Ah well tomorrow will be a better day I just have a good feeling about the coming of Saturday.

My life as a Game Designer; Chapter 1-2
Well today I've been doing lot of brain-storming and have come up with some pretty good ideas. Most of the day I've been creating characters and facesets for my RPG, quiet a bit of work but hey I know it will make the game better in the long run.
Once I got tired of making the characters and facesets I did a bit of work on the game. It was grueling but I finished a hide and see side-quest for the game and it came out exactly how I wanted it, I guess patients is the key huh?
Mostlikely I'll call it a day on the game, but I really have some new things I wanna try with it to bring a intriguing element to the game and to keep the gameplay fresh and appealing. I'm not really sure which direction this game is going to take since I've put just as much time into my ORPG as this one and the ORPG has been sitting and crying out for some attention, I suppose I was just bored with it for the moment and needed something fresh and I can truly say this RPG has done just that.

My life as a Game Designer; Chapter 1-1
I've been doing a lot of prep work for my games lately. I have so many ideas floating inside my head its hard for me to stick with one and push it out. My work on Turren Awake the ORPG has declined substantially because of the time I've been putting into my RPG Traverse.
I've also been jotting down ideas for the second demo and possibly the final release of Little Soldja Samurai a scrolling shooter, and the second installment of Wyvern. While doing this the progression of Dani's Space Assault, The Adventures of Teddy Jumpkins, and Captured has also slowed, but I'm a one man army so I have no one to help take some of the work load off.
All and all though I can see progression even with the speed bumps in the way. One wish I do have though is that I could find more people interested in Game Design who are just starting out and need somewhere to grow, I could offer a position with PsiGames Inc oh well keeping my fingers cross and just scooting along as fast as possible.
